Want to contact Best BTC Casinos? This page explains what we can help with, what to include in your message, and what falls outside our remit. We are an independent comparison site that reviews crypto casinos for US readers. We are not a casino, and we cannot see or manage anyone's account at any operator.

You must be 18 or older to use this site, and 21 or older in many states and at some casinos. Each operator sets its own minimum age, and state rules can be stricter. Check the casino's terms and your state's rules before you play.

What you can contact us about

  • Corrections: a bonus term, coin list, license detail or payout policy that looks out of date or wrong.
  • Feedback on a review: a point we missed, or a factor you think should carry more weight.
  • Suggestions: a crypto casino you would like us to look at, including newer sites.
  • Partnership and editorial questions: how we work with operators and how we rank them.
  • Site problems: broken pages, links that do not load, or layout issues on mobile.

What we cannot help with

Some requests belong with the casino itself, not with us. We do not run any of the sites we cover, so we cannot do the following:

  • Recover a locked account, reset a password or change account details.
  • Release a withdrawal, speed up a payout or reverse a deposit.
  • Resolve a bonus dispute, a wagering question on your own balance or a closed account.
  • Recover crypto sent to a wrong address or on the wrong network. On-chain transfers are generally irreversible.

For these, use the support channels inside the casino's own site first. Keep your transaction ID, wallet address, timestamps and screenshots. If a problem stays unresolved, tell us. We may note it when we next review the operator, though we cannot promise to intervene.

How to write a useful message

  1. Name the page and the casino you are asking about.
  2. Say what you saw, such as the exact bonus term or coin listed.
  3. Say what you believe is correct and, if you can, where you found it, for example the operator's own terms page.
  4. Note the date you checked, since bonuses and limits change often.
  5. Leave out private keys, seed phrases, passwords and full wallet backups. We will never ask for them.

What to expect from us

We read corrections and take them seriously. Where a claim can be checked against an operator's published terms, we verify it and update the page. We have no testing record to cite, so our reviews rest on published information and research, and we say so. Rankings are set by our editorial criteria. Commission does not buy position.

Commercial disclosure

Best BTC Casinos may earn a commission if you sign up at a casino through our links. That relationship does not decide rankings or ratings. Our ratings are editorial scores, not customer-review scores. You can read more on our About Us page and in our Terms and Conditions.

Before you gamble: the legal picture

The crypto casinos we cover are offshore. They are typically licensed in places such as Curaçao or Anjouan, not by a US regulator. There is no federal legalization of online casinos, and only a handful of states, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island, license online casino gaming. Those regulated operators do not run on crypto. For most US players, offshore crypto casinos sit in a legal grey area. Rules differ by state, and some operators block certain states. Check your own state's laws. We do not offer legal or tax advice. Gambling winnings and crypto gains may be taxable, so consult a qualified professional.

Please do not ask us how to get around a site's state restrictions, identity checks or anti-money-laundering rules. We will not advise on that.

Responsible gambling and where to get help

Gambling carries a real risk of losing money, and crypto prices can move sharply while your funds are in play. Only gamble what you can afford to lose, and never use gambling to solve money problems or escape stress. Offshore sites may not offer the same protections or self-exclusion tools as state-regulated operators.

If gambling is causing you harm, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER. Our Responsible Gambling page lists tools and warning signs.
